Cancellation Policy

1. Membership & Borrowing Limits

• Subscribers can borrow books based on their selected plan.

• Each plan has a limit on the number of books a subscriber can rent at a time.

• Books are rented for a fixed duration, after which they must be returned or renewed.

• Free deliveries are limited per cycle; extra deliveries chargeable at a nominal rate.

2. Returns & Late Fees

• Books must be returned within the rental period specified in the plan.

• Please keep the books ready at the pre-decided time of pickup/delivery.

• Late returns of books beyond a month will be extra chargeable at Rs.10/- per day(for the set).
  

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Subscribers can cancel their plan anytime, but refunds are not provided for partial months.

• Cancellation must be done before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.

4. Security Deposit

• We expect all books to be returned in good condition else a penalty may be deducted from the security deposit.

• The penalty amount will vary from book to book depending upon the actual cost.

• When a member chooses to unsubscribe and has returned the books, the security deposit will be refunded.

5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

• Subscribers can upgrade their plan anytime; changes take effect in the next billing cycle.

• Downgrades will apply at the end of the current subscription period.

6. Exclusive Member Access

• Only active subscribers can browse and rent books.

• Books available for pre-order can be reserved for upcoming availability.

-if the books are not returned on the scheduled date the next set of books will only be delivered on the next scheduled delivery date.

-refunds are allowed only in cases where there is a delay of 10 days in services from our side.
