Refund Policy

  • Applicability: This policy applies to all membership subscriptions for our book rental service, including all associated fees, deposits, and products.

  • Membership Agreement: By subscribing to any membership plan, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Returns and Refund Policy.


2. Book Returns

  • Return Period:

    • Rented books must be returned by the due date specified in your membership plan.

    • If books are not returned on the scheduled date, note that the next set of books will only be delivered on the subsequent scheduled delivery date.

  • Condition of Returns:

    • Books must be returned in good condition (i.e., free from damage beyond normal wear and tear).

    • If a book is returned damaged or missing, a replacement fee will be deducted from your security deposit.

  • Return Process:

    • Follow the return instructions provided with your rental package.

    • In case of any issues, contact our support team immediately for assistance.


3. Refunds

A. Security Deposit

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • The security deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation of your membership, provided that all rented books are returned in acceptable condition.

    • Refunds will only be processed after a thorough inspection of all returned items.

  • Refund Process:

    • Upon membership cancellation, our team will inspect and refund the fee within 1-7 business days.

    • If all items meet the return conditions, your security deposit will be refunded via the original payment method.

  • Deductions:

    • Any damage, loss, or non-compliance with the return conditions may result in a deduction from your security deposit.

    • In cases where the replacement cost exceeds your security deposit, additional charges may apply.

B. Registration Fee

  • Non-Refundable:

    • The registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge that covers administrative and account setup costs.

C. Membership Plan Fees

  • Subscription Charges:

    • Monthly or periodic membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

    • Refunds are allowed only in cases where there is a delay of 10 days in services from our side. In such instances, please contact our support team to initiate the refund process.

  • Billing Errors:

    • In the event of a billing error, please contact our support team within 7 business days of the charge.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Process:

    • Memberships can be canceled at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard.

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the start of a new billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

  • Post-Cancellation:

    • Upon cancellation, any outstanding book rentals must be returned immediately.

    • The security deposit will be processed for refund only after the returned items have been inspected and approved.


5. Dispute Resolution

6. Amendments to Policy

    • Any changes will be communicated via our website and will apply to memberships and orders placed after the update date.
